Serendipity Junction Shipping Information
* Most orders are processed during the first 48 business hours, however we request that you allow up to 4 business days during busy times.
* We ship to the U.S. and Canada only at this time. International buyers are responsible for all customs, duty and tariff fees.
* Shipping Carriers: All orders will be shipped by either UPS or U.S. Postal Service. Note: UPS will not deliver to PO Box addresses.
* Delivery times vary depending on carrier but once shipped, you can usually expect your package within 5 to 15 business days of ship date. International delivery may be significantly longer.
Buying for somebody else? We make gift giving easy. We can ship your gift purchases to your recipients for you. Just type their name and address in the Ship To section at check-out.
We offer Flat Rate shipping of $7.95 for multiple item orders and free shipping for orders over $100.00. Discount is automatically given at check-out. Sorry, we are unable to offer discounted or free shipping internationally at this time.
Returns
Should you wish to return an item to our inventory, there will be a 30% restocking fee and shipping and handling will not be refunded.
If the item is defective outside the normal product quality then we will gladly replace or refund the item. Please contact us within three (3) days for return item instructions.
Please Note: We accept returns for defective or damaged items. To arrange for replacement, customer must contact us within three (3) days of receiving defective or damaged item. You will be notified within 24 hours with instructions for return.
